02 / ABOUT THE STUDIO

Established February 2024

Good spaces.
Better days.

Designed around the way you live.

Founded in February 2024, Polly Design Lab is an interior design studio exploring the relationship between space and everyday life. We balance function, proportion, and materials around the people who use them.

From floor plans and 3D concepts to the finished interior, we make ideas tangible and create details that belong in daily life.

03 / OUR PROCESS

From first conversation to handover.

A clear path.
A considered result.

Eight steps to shape your space,
with care at every stage.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation

We discuss your needs, living environment, interests, preferences, project budget, and timeline.

  2. 02

    Site survey

Our designer visits the site with you to understand the existing space, take measurements, and photograph the conditions as a reference for the design.

  3. 03

    Space planning

We develop an initial floor plan and present a practical overall design concept for your space.

  4. 04

    Design appointment

After signing the design agreement, we work with you in greater detail to refine the initial layout and adjust the proposal.

  5. 05

    Detailed design

Based on the approved design, we prepare the necessary construction drawings and confirm materials through ongoing discussions with you.

  6. 06

    Construction quotation

Once the drawings, materials, and finishes are confirmed, we provide a complete construction quotation.

  7. 07

    Construction agreement

We sign the construction agreement, confirm the work schedule, and move into the construction phase.

  8. 08

    Completion & handover

Following your final inspection and acceptance, we complete the handover procedures and formally close the project.

05 / IN THE LAB

In development

Thoughtful spaces.
Smarter ways of working.

Informed by our own projects, we are developing tools that connect design, site work, and studio operations — making more room for design.

01Design & visualization

Tools for 2D planning, 3D and rendering assistance, and presenting design work — helping clients explore and understand each proposal.

02Projects & site reporting

Connecting project management, site reports, and LINE Bot message organization so that progress, photographs, and follow-up tasks stay together.

03Operations & collaboration

Bringing project information, receipts, and expenses into a connected workflow, with AI-assisted organization and collaboration. Early prototypes are in development and integration.
